Security is a shared responsibility. Clients must maintain secure configurations, user access hygiene, and timely reporting of incidents via the agreed ticketing channels.

Under the GDPR you may request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing). When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
